Meet the owner of FPJ CPA PC

Frank Palomino Jr.

Frank Palomino, the founder of FPJ CPA PC, has always been entrepreneurial. In high school, he sold snacks and mowed lawns. In college, he ran a fireworks stand, learning the hard way the importance of understanding financials. This early drive for business laid the foundation for his career in accounting.

After getting his degree, Frank worked at a tax firm for high net worth clients, where he gained essential tax knowledge. Shortly after earning his CPA license, he was let go from his job. Undeterred, he started FPJ CPA PC. Just a month in, a hurricane flooded his home, prompting Frank to hit the road in an RV and transition to a virtual firm.

One of Frank's proudest achievements was helping a client grow their revenue from $100K to $1.6M in three years by implementing a cashflow management system. This reinforced his belief in the power of consistent, process-driven financial management.

Frank’s dedication to the cannabis industry stems from a personal passion. Seeing a gap in the market for knowledgeable CPAs, he focused on helping cannabis entrepreneurs with accurate financial management. He believes in plant medicine and holistic health, aiming to support an industry often underserved in terms of financial expertise.

Outside of work, Frank enjoys golf, meditating, and CrossFit. Diagnosed with ADHD in 2022, he has since prioritized his health, losing 50 lbs through better eating and exercise. Frank’s journey is all about resilience, dedication, and helping others thrive.
